Surely this is D - Hybrid? You get the security that you need from the private and the fast deployment that you get from the public? right?

No. Hybrids are used for additional resources during peak hours, not to deploy new nodes

When pre-requisite is scalability and security, we manily just go for security letting go the scalability part. Because the private one is the most complex to scale. This looks like the though behind choosing private. If we still consider both then the only option is hybrid.
