Like other questions, barely not covered by network routes and falls to default route. A is correct.

why not Vlan 57(answer C) as the network 10.56.128.0/18 include the ip address 10.56.192.1 and look like it's the longest prefix match?

Cannot be Vlan57 10.56.128.0/18 = 255.255.192.0 | Block Size = 64 increments until you pass the target our target IP is 10.56.192.1 so:- 10.56.128.0 and next network is 10.56.192.0 | The last IP is right before the next network and that is 10.56.191.255 and the last valid IP is right before our Broadcast address that is 10.56.191.254 so it our vlan57 network does not fall to our target IP. If you are wondering there is 16384 subnets, 2^32 - CIDR (18) = 2^14 = 16384.

Be careful if you judge by looking at the prefix length. If you are not familiar with it, I recommend calculating the IP address. The calculation will give you 10.56.0.1.not a VLAN57

192.168.192.1 isn't available in the routing table that's why Router# automatically selects *Default Static Route*

No, it will be sent via the default route, so you need to check the next hop, which is A, 10.56/0/0/17 doesnt cover it, 10.56.0.0 - 10.56.127.254
