The correct answer is F.

Update to my previous note. Should read "RIP passive interface prevents sending on interface" not OSPF. OSPF and EIGRP behave the same with regard to the passive command. F is still the better answer.
Keyword to question is "sent". Which routing protocol is not specified: OSPF passive interface prevents sending on interface whereas in EIGRP passive command prevents sending AND receiving. The "distribute-list out" command would work for both protocols so F it's the better answer.
