because correct subnetmask should be 255.255.255.248

Hello ,could someone Help me please ,because when i looked at the topology and there several problem in it ,by after checking the result and i see they prefer to use another problem the other one so i wanted someone tell me more about the real problem.

the 240 in the subnet represents 4 bits, and 255 represents 8. so 3x255 +1x240= 3x8+1x4=28 and not /29
