i agree with Ajani here in that its flexibility in a campus environment extends to routing at the access layer as of course OSPF does but is able to provide the stub routing feature to easily tidy up access layer routing
Two key points in the question are "flexibility" and "campus network". Eigrp is more flexible bcos it supports arbitrary topologies. Its more suitable for the campus bcos of its simplicity.
