A backup static route is also known as a floating static route, the default AD of OSPF is 110, so to make a backup static route, we need to assign an AD that is higher than 110. In this scenario, 111 is preferred.

no it's not b incorrect while OSPF 110 so should be higher than that AD wich is 111 is good

I think it's because of the "back-up static route", if everything is learned via OSPF (110), it needs a bigger AD for a back-up one, so 111. This is the way I think, at least.
