Answer D is not true as it excludes the completion acknowledgment (Frame 21), which is part of the stream

Wireshark captures and displays network traffic at the packet level. If you extract a file from a TCP stream within Wireshark, you are extracting the content of the captured packets related to that particular file transfer. The extracted file will include the data payload from the frames within the TCP stream.
