You can unlock the PIN or select "User Must Change at Next Sign-In" in Password Settings. Maybe that's what they mean? To change the PIN, Change Password menu.

Following the referenced guide, looking at page A-4 (p.274) you can see that if the system is integrated with LDAP the web application password is controlled by the LDAP server. So the answer is (maybe) D.

I believe the answer should be: C. Change Password The reasoning for this is because in the Password Settings menu, there is no place to for a PIN change. You can select "User must change at next sign-in" but that doesn't help if the user forgot their PIN.
