better answer is convergence times as the question is asking what is the most significant

I believe this would be D - OSPF being a Link State IGP would require more processing and memory to calculate SPF Algorithm and storing LSDBs respectively. EIGRP being an advanced Distance Vector IGP would be easy on processing power and memory requirements.
