I choose D also. Trading app should be higher priority than VoIP, as ibank develops low latency technology for immediate trading, but voice order still needs a human processing that much slower, then able to talk is enough.

There are only 2 answers (B, D) that can meet two requirements: TCP based stock trading app & VoIP. What a question, A is wrong - It clear say this tcp app needs to be prioritized over all traffic ... . B is also wrong because app needs to be prioritize over all other traffic which includes VoIP does it?... . C is wrong because it doesn't matter whether it is UDP or TCP in the other queue. D ?? only remaining one and with MPQ possible.

it is a TCP-app and nothing is mentioned regarding time sensitivity. also most hardware has only 1P queue. I will stick to A as the TCP App will compete with Voip in answer D

For multiple priority queues, you can use the priority level command to configure a level of priority service on a class in a policy map.

I think B, VOIP should input priority queue rather than CBWFQ. not D due to separate priority queue, I think only have one priority and CBWFQ queue within a interface.
