I'd be tempted to agree with Prioritization. It'd not suit private VoIP traffic etc Security is of massive importance, yes absolutely. But it would not be a limitation in this instance surely?

Sorry. Of course C is correct. From CCDA 200-310 Official Cert Guide (page 263): WAN Backup over the Internet. Security is of great importance when you rely on the Internet for network connectivity, so a secure tunnel using IPsec needs to be deployed to protect the data during transport.
