correct! Prefixes from Rome are only advertised in RIP (AD-120). After advertising it in EIGRP these prefixes will be preferred by London site. Additionally, London site performs redistribution of connected routes in EIGRP (see output).

D is correct, also tested it. If LAN segments (172.16.3.0/24, 172.16.4.0/24) on Rome are advertised by EIGRP then London is choosing the path with the higher bandwidth (minimum BW is 1GB) to reach the LANs on Rome. (Of course, to reach the router Rome, it is choosing the directly connected link with AD 0.)

That's right. The AD of EIGRP is 90 and RIP 120 all of us know that for sure... The key point there is that actually London is not receiving the Rome routes via EIGRP. London is redistributing his connected networks via eigrp so that is fine. At this point this mean that in the Rome router we are not advertising the networks via EIGRP but only via RIP.
