I "THINK" its actually B, because the contents of the variable should not be placed in quotations unless the variables values have spaces or special characters in them. I THINK!.. Subtle difference, but I would go with option B.

the content of the variable can always be placed in quotes. There is no disadvantage by using quotes, even if the value does not contain spaces.
