C & D are incorrect because there is no keyword for floating and tracked, B is incorrect also because Exit interface is G0/1 not G1/0. So we left with A only which is correct command. Although they have not mentioned any Ip details. This option was solely selected because it is the only correct command out of 4

I am so confused with you guys, B's command is correct, you don't need to specify the next-hop ip when specifying the interface. Sure you have both options: 1) 'ip route [ip] [mask] [interface]' 2) 'ip route [ip] [mask] [interface] [next-hop ip]' So I would go with B

100% A, if you really want B to be the correct answer, it needs to be: ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GigabitEthernet1/0 192.168.0.2 not: ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.0.2 GigabitEthernet1/0 notice the different?

(answer B is wrong) Unlike IPv6, in IPv4 static routing configuration, for the next hop you either enter an IP Address of the neighboring interface or your local interface, BUT NEVER BOTH. Example: R1(config)# ip route 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0 10.12.0.2 Or R1(config)# ip route 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0 g0/0
