Because after specifying the access list you either put: - The public IP address your packet source address will be natted to - or the outside interface (the public facing one) Setting G0/0 is wrong cause it's the inside interface.

Is not B because, In the ip nat inside overload configuration you should specify the inside global ip/pool of ips or the interface to wich the router will use the ip (outside interface)

B is wrong. The interface subcommand takes the interface name of the *outside* interface. The configuration options in D are also necessary for NAT to function, so D is required regardless.
