"Process Management settings and view the entire console." I assume that also means to be able to see the administration tab, which only applies to Full Access and Read Only - not the System Utilities Manager.

Agree with TMW1, the answer should be A. "Only Global Full Access and Global Read Only administrators can see the Administration tab."

I believe this is "D": System Utilities Managers can manage the System Utilities settings (CPU, RAM and process management). https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/workspace-environment-management/current-release/user-interface-description/administration.html
