B is correct. Invoking an HTTP Callout After you configure an HTTP callout, you invoke the callout by including the SYS.HTTP_CALLOUT() expression in a default syntax policy rule. D should be correct, bcoz "callout" in header is the trigger, option B is the reference to callout but not a trigger.
