IntelliCache is a XenServer feature, LHC is a relatively new fetcher and enabled by default at 7.15 and above installation, So if you upgrade from old versions you need to enable it manually

answer C if first time users CANNOCT connect to the env. it means that connection leasing is configured that should be changed to LHC.

Yes C is the right answer. Intelicache is to speed up things has nothing to do with fallback.
