Should be D and E due to minimum effort. B cannot be right... https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-app-layering/4/layer/create-os-layer.html It says "Platform and app layers are tied to the specific OS layer that you use to create them, though not to a specific version of the layer. When you add versions to the OS layer, the dependent app and platform layers continue to work."

It must be C & D. E is wrong, u cannot update finalized templates in App Layering, only App- OS & Platform Layers. So after u updated the OS Layer, u have to create a new template including the updated OS Layer, the needed Application Layers and the needed Platform Layer.
