Should be D. Like Mekali already mentioned in his link the NVIDIA Tesla P4 is supported starting vGPU 5 until 15 (see https://docs.nvidia.com/grid/gpus-supported-by-vgpu.html) and in the link Mekali provided (https://docs.nvidia.com/grid/5.0/grid-vgpu-release-notes-microsoft-windows-server/index.html) lists that Hyper-V 2016 is the only supported platform in terms of MSFT hypervisor.

Ans is B only as NVIDIA Tesla P40 supports earlier version of GPU which were compatible with 2012 R2 hyper-V but that were not supported with CVAD 7

this question was not exactly as is the variant of question in the exam was if you have single vm running with 2 GPU card attached what technique you will use. HArdwar/Software/Passthru?

Yes, D. Virtualised GPUs aren't supported on anything earlier than Windows Server 2016 (1607) with Hyper-V role.
