C, as per 415 training material. Hardware virtualized GPU. Using a hypervisor'svGPU technology, an Nvidia GRID or Intel Iris Pro is virtualized and shared between multiple machines. Each virtual machine has the full functionality of the GPU drivers and direct access to the GPU.

CUDA is NVIDIA. We have Intel. Passthrough: Each physical GPU is passed-through to a single VDA. Software is virtual - no GPU installed. So the right answer is hardware virtualized as described by FireViper76!
