Just check profile streaming GPO description: "With profile streaming, users' profiles are synchronized on the local computer only when they are needed. Registry entries are cached immediately, but files and folders are only cached when accessed by users." So registry files are synced immediately - not when accessed. B is correct and D.

Cannot be A. In the article referenced, "Registry entries and any files in the pending area are exceptions." Therefore, B and D are the correct answers.
