Agreed with others. You would change the DNS record or load balancer to point the storefront URL to the different (DR) storefront server.

Not a whole lot of info provided regarding the Citrix Infrastructure setup, but I agree with BjaSdo77, the only one that does make sense in any scenario seems to be B.
