Decommissioning anything is the process of removing it from the current system it is a part of whether it is people, or devices. This will require you to consider the onboarding & offboarding process to ensure you are doing it within proper guidelines.
Look into any search at all for onboarding & offboarding and you'll see it only pertains to personnel. What exactly do you get out of trolling this hard?
