If the phone was fully charged, the cache cleared and the device was restarted then could be an issue with the digitizer "because of the way it converts analog touch input to digital software instructions. The digitizer is sandwiched between a layer of protective glass and the display panel". CompTIA CertMaster Learn

The answer is Digitizer because it's related to the touch screen while accelerometer focuses on motion. Gyroscope is mostly about orientation. So C is correct/
