This is like the 5th tailgating question but worded differently. CompTIA must have a tailgating issue at work.

A. Tailgating Piggybacking is where an unauthorized individual gains access to an area once the authorized person allows them to enter. One example is holding the door open for someone, not knowing they are granting access to a potential threat.

A - Tailgating is the right answer. I was thinking Piggybacking, but I believe that is when you use someone else's credentials to gain access. In this case you aren't using his credentials.
