What is an operational control : The security controls (i.e., safeguards or countermeasures) for an information system that primarily are implemented and executed by people (as opposed to systems). Taking this in consideration I select either A or B. B is too specific. So I would go with A . Other clases of Controls are Technical and Managerial. Looks Like the Operational (done by people specifically) are meant to cover areas that Technicla and Managerial controls do not.
