i choose D because when migrating you want to make sure the clouds are compatible and the company wouldn't have to buy and recreate everything. for this migration to be successful and low cost, the features must be compatible with what they already have. if not then they will face the problem of being "locked-in" and possibly loose all their data and will need to start from scratch with another company since their plan is to migrate to another cloud. i hope that makes sense.
