A brute force attack is a type of cyberattack in which an attacker systematically tries all possible combinations of passwords or encryption keys until the correct one is found. 4625 just means a failed login attempt. The attempts are exactly two seconds apart each time. This would be too quick for a normal user and it's doubtful they would always attempt like clockwork after two seconds.
