Just look at the port 8888, which is NOT a well known port. As such, it means that it's not explicitly allowed through the firewall, which means a rule must be created to allow traffic through.

Since the public internet access is available, the default gateway, and DHCP should be okay, so no A and B. Antivirus settings is irrelevant, so no E. Between C and D I will go with D
