Selected Answer: C
C would be obvious, because the key is to understand " The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is wondering if the organization may need to scale down just as quickly as it scaled up. " D maybe alright, but it cannot stress above concern from CIO

Selected Answer: C
I chose C because Deploy mobile devices using the COPE (Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled) methodology only applied to Corporate-Owned devices. While this question didn't state the device sales use to conduct business if corporate or private, so D can not address the concerns. C is correct and being adopt in the current practice as well.

Given the organization's growing workforce and the concerns regarding security and customer privacy, the best option to address the CIO's concerns would be: D. Deploy mobile devices using the COPE (Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled) methodology. COPE allows the organization to maintain control over the mobile devices while still accommodating employees' personal use to some extent. With COPE, the organization provides mobile devices to its employees, ensuring that they adhere to corporate security policies and standards. This approach offers a balance between security and employee flexibility, addressing the CIO's concerns about security and customer privacy while still allowing employees to use mobile devices for business purposes.

C: the BEST solution would be to implement BYOD for the sales department while leveraging the MDM (Mobile Device Management) BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) allows employees to use their own mobile devices for work, which can reduce costs and increase productivity. MDM software can be used to manage and secure the devices, ensuring that they are compliant with policies and that sensitive data is protected.

Going with B. I think BYOD is pretty clearly wrong in re: "concerned with security and customer privacy." BYOD is the least secure enterprise mobile endpoint framework
