I saw someone mention B. Could make sense but there is always a chance that the hotel may block content like streaming to reduce the likelihood of congestion of it's network. I would say connecting to your personal hotspot would be the way to go and the answer would be A.

I don't see how you would disable wi-fi secuirity on your computer. The hotel connection would determin the security protocol that you use. WEP etc.

Its B, To pass through a captive portal on a hotel's free wireless internet, users often need to disable Wi-Fi security on their devices temporarily. Captive portals typically require users to open a web browser and log in or accept terms and conditions before they can access the internet. Disabling Wi-Fi security, such as WPA/WPA2, allows the device to connect to the open network and access the captive portal page. Once logged in or accepted the terms, users can re-enable Wi-Fi security for added protection.

C. makes no sense, do you really think that the hotel is going to turn off the captive portal just for you? Even if you could convince them to do it, they would need to call in a tech to do it and that would take a while. The easiest and most likely solution would be to connect to a hotspot on your phone.
