The answer is A. always question the obvious first when troubleshooting. This is what the technician is describing in the ticket.

I think is a A The technician started looking at the obvious first, like checking cables and duplicating the concern with the internet connection (escalating it to ISP) The technician did approach each problem individually, but don’t we all do that when we have different concerns? You can’t fix 3 different concerns at the same time. So is best to check the obvious for each one of them.
