Intentional insider threats tend to use more sophisticated methods and will generally make efforts to hide their tracks. Data exfiltration, Logic bombs are both examples. Unintentional tend to be accidental so will usually arise from a misconfiguration, accidental DOS or something of the like.
B and D are out, it’s asking for difference not similarities.
