Why not backing up the data before doing system restore? If the data is important, company will lose valuable assets by prematurely cleaning the device. I personally would go for C.

Fixing the underlying problem first, would be the main focus here which is undo jailbreaking, and then you can do whatever needs to be done to sort the issue
