Selected Answer: B
The MOST likely cause of the issue where the technician cannot select the new NVMe drive as a boot device in the BIOS is: B. The BIOS does not have NVMe boot drivers. Explanation: NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) drives often require specific drivers to be recognized by the system's BIOS for booting purposes. If the BIOS does not have the necessary NVMe boot drivers, it may not detect the NVMe drive as a valid boot device. Checking the BIOS and not being able to select the new drive as a boot device indicates a compatibility issue with the drive and the system's BIOS.

B is the correct answer. In older computers, the BIOS or UEFI firmware might not support booting from an NVMe drive, especially if the NVMe technology was introduced after the motherboard was manufactured. Hope this helps
