Channel Overlap CompTIA does their scenario questions on a literal "step by step" and less invasive steps first type of basis, so in whatever situation they give to you, they quite literally want you to pick what you are supposed to do next. Even if that next step is miniscule or unnecessary or could even be overlooked. But after Channel overlap, you're looking at the "WAP placement."

A. Channel Overlap If channels overlap it could cause a situation where their access points interfere with each other. This can cause packet loss during browsing and a negative internet experience for those using the WiFi network.

A. Channel overlap “The WAPs are using similar frequencies." I am interpreting that to mean that some of these WAPS in the area are using the same channel (or adjacent channel), and there is same channel overlap causing interference.
