When working remote especially unsupervised, being able to respond to calls and text is a form of communication especially if it's work related. It's in best practice to not respond/ answer when working with personal or customers. This just from experience working remote.
It said nothing about work related communication it states personal communication. Most jobs wont let you be on your phone all day answer calls/texts from friends and family. The answer is C
