Because the keyboard is STICKY a cleaning wipe is the best option for cleaning a laptop keyboard. Cleaning wipes specifically designed for electronics can effectively remove dirt, dust, and debris from the keyboard without causing damage.
Compressed air isn't the best option because the laptop is suffering from dirt. The problem is the key being stick which would require some liquid to remove the stick-ness.
