Awful question but I would agree with E only because it's really the only option. When they say "unmanaged switches" I imagine cheap 5-8 port switches you can buy off Amazon. If they were a little more specific describing the switch, I'd almost want to say D but "unmanaged" alludes to a plug and play switch which means no gui or cmd. So in conclusion It's not A Reboots are the answer to most real world problems. But not CompTIA C-D Again "unmanaged switch" Leaving E

Meant to say I would pick C if it was a managed switch Also, I have connected countless "unmanaged switches" using straight through cables.

What I don't understand with this question is... doesn't MDIX take care of this issue? I still think E is the only one that makes the most sense since it's technically what you're suppose to use. But I thought MDIX takes care of this kind of thing.
