Scope determines what the change is being applied to. Rollback plan would be for what you would do if the implementation goes wrong, not ensuring its followed.
All of the options listed are important components to document in a change management plan, but if I had to choose the most crucial one for ensuring the plan is followed, I'd select option A: Scope of the change. This outlines the boundaries of the change, specifying what will be affected and what will not. It provides clarity to all stakeholders involved, helping to ensure that everyone understands the extent of the change and can act accordingly within those parameters.
