The Windows OS that only recognizes 4GB of RAM is B. The 32-bit OS.
32-bit operating systems have memory limitations that restrict their ability to recognize and utilize more than approximately 4GB of RAM. In contrast, 64-bit operating systems can support much larger amounts of RAM, typically beyond 4GB. Therefore, if a system is limited to recognizing only 4GB of RAM, it is likely running a 32-bit version of Windows.
