Selected Answer: B
B. You would tracert (which gives you the hops) to understand the issue. If the remote site suddenly has 10 more hops, then the ISP is improperly routing their traffic.

Selected Answer: D
The answer is D. Server NetFlow data, when you ask ChatGPT it states that "Server NetFlow data provides insights into the traffic patterns and volume going to and from the server. By analyzing this data, the network administrator can identify any anomalies or bottlenecks that may be causing the slowdown specifically for users in the remote office. This could include factors such as high traffic volume, network congestion, or packet loss."

ChatGPT gave me B as the answer: The best metric for a network administrator to check in this situation is: **B. Hop-by-hop network latency** This is because the issue is related to the remote office users experiencing slower page load times compared to those in the main corporate office. Hop-by-hop network latency will help identify any delays occurring at each hop along the network path from the remote office to the corporate web server. This can help pinpoint where the latency is being introduced, whether it's within the corporate network or on the wider internet. Identifying high latency at specific hops can lead to finding and resolving the underlying issue affecting the remote office users.
