Selected Answer: C
Thought it was C initially lol. ChatGPT says: Mount the ISO file: An OS installation file is often provided as an ISO file, which is a disk image containing the installation files. To access and run the installation, the technician needs to "mount" the ISO, which makes it appear as though it's a physical disk or drive. On most modern operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), ISO files can be mounted directly without needing additional software.

Selected Answer: B
It is implied that the OS installation file is an ISO as almost all of them are. You need to mount an ISO file in order to run it.

Selected Answer: C
Another horrible CompTIA question. I choose C because the question doesn't say anything about ISO.

I have never seen an OS installation file that was not an ISO. Should be "B"
