Answer is B. P2V - going from physical servers in Company B's datacenter into virtual private cloud of Company A

The answer is B - P2V. It doesn't say it can't be virtualized, just say it cannot be removed from the current datacenter. P2V would convert it without needing to remove it from the datacenter.

This is one I'd like to know who entered the answer. C is literally the opposite of what you need to do. Answer is B.

from the question we know it must to be P2X. the question is X=P or X=V. 1,legacy server --> you can not buy same hardware for P2P (I don't think the word legacy here indicate it can not be virtualized) 2,the server can not removed from current datacenter -->can not use lift&shift P2P So X=VB is the right answer

vague question but I think you can move the application from physical to virtual and not have to worry about the data center. maybe a lift and shift migration if the application happens to be outdated. going with B.

I think either C or D. some legacy stuff cant be virtualized but is the equipment in B's data center virtualized or is it on physical servers there too?

Shouldn't it be P2V? since they are moving from Legacy server to Private cloud (or virtualized host)? please help to figure this out :)

"Some legacy hardware simply can't be emulated in a virtual infrastructure. Performing a P2V migration with a DOS-based accounting package running on 16-bit hardware, for instance, isn't an option because none of the major virtualization platforms support 16-bit guest OSes."
