If the server is online and accessible within its trusted zone, but users in the perimeter network cannot reach it, the most likely issue is that the firewall rules are blocking access. Firewalls control network traffic and can prevent unauthorized access. Updating the firewall Access Control List (ACL) to allow connections to the new server from the perimeter network would resolve this issue.
