“…she can manually log in with her own account and create a virtual server.” Doesn’t this point to the account in the script being expired? I’d go with B.

going with B. The workflow needs a username and there's no mention of separate applications or providers for a federation issue. https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=49790.htm

Yes. the saved workflow used another account and expired, not ann's. that's why the workflow fail while ann succeed.

I think it's B. Account expiration. The script needs an account and it could have been expired

I think it's A. I understand Federation in regards to an authentication error. If she can manually log in with her account and do the task how can their be an issue with her account?
