Answer: D. The web server does not have the correct network configuration. With a subnet of 10.10.10.64/27, the valid host IP range is 10.10.10.65 through 10.10.10.94. The IP address 10.10.10.101 is outside this range, so the web server is misconfigured for the new subnet.
