From the graph, you can see the steep drop in runtime from 2 to about 10 clusters, after which the curve flattens substantially. That “elbow” near k=10 typically represents a good balance between sufficiently detailed clustering (accuracy) and manageable processing demands. So, k=10 is usually the best trade-off in this scenario.
