Generally whenever you see any form of "lines" on papers it's usually the drum that is the issue. What happens here is, the drum cleans itself automatically after each page it prints and eventually as time goes by, it stops doing it properly. Nothing is meant to last forever. In this situation we normally replace the drum assembly which is often an expensive procedure to do. Anyway, on a side note folks.
